First English Rayquaza SIR Sale Lands at $495: Market Signals 2026-11-01

Sunday morning in Singapore. Last day of Delta Reign prereleases. Street date is still November 6.

Nothing new from the official side. pokemon.com hasn't posted TCG news since the Mega Rayquaza ex SIR preview on October 30. PokeBeach's latest is still the Aura Seeker Blastoise post from the same day. pokemon.cn's newest TCG item is also October 30.

So today's signal is the tape. Each Build & Battle Box carries four Delta Reign boosters, and after a week of prerelease events, English pulls are hitting eBay and TCGplayer.

The desk read

Yesterday we said every English SIR number out there was a preorder ask. That changed overnight. PriceCharting now shows one sale for Mega Rayquaza ex 138/103, eBay listing titled Special Illustration Rare, raw, $495.00, dated November 1.

One sale. Treat it as a first print, not a price.

The comparison that matters is Japanese. The pokemon.com card image credits Kazuki Minami, the same artist on the Japanese Storm Emeralda SAR 110/076. On PriceCharting, the Japanese 110 PSA 10 had four sales on October 31: $452.00, $487.00, $493.00, $582.35. Median $490.00.

A raw English copy just cleared at the price of a Japanese PSA 10.

That's what thin prerelease supply does. Booster boxes, ETBs and blisters all land on November 6 and English supply jumps hard. If you want the English SIR, let launch week settle and read the tape two weeks out. If you pulled one this week, this is the tightest supply window you'll see.

Early English tape, all of it thin

PriceCharting sales for English Delta Reign, read about 09:03 SGT November 1:

- Mega Rayquaza ex 138/103 SIR: one eBay sale, $495.00 (Nov 1) - Mega Rayquaza ex 141/103 gold: one eBay sale, $570.88 (Oct 28), title says Pre-release - Zinnia's Trust 140/103 SIR: four sales from $22.00 to $55.00, Oct 29 to 31 - Eevee 114/103 IR: three sales, $32.99 to $48.00 - Electivire 108/103 IR: four eBay sales on Oct 31, $9.97 to $12.99. The tightest band of the lot - Mega Rayquaza ex 84/103 regular: four TCGplayer sales, $8.00 to $18.79

Zinnia's Trust sold at $22 and $55 on the same day. With samples this small the PriceCharting print is basically the last sale or two. Don't price off it.

Gold looks the same way. English 141 at $570.88 against two Japanese MUR 113 raw sales on October 30 at $343.95 and $368.94. Prerelease English is running rich to Japanese across the board.

Japanese 110 keeps sliding

The Japanese side moved too. PriceCharting cut the 110 raw print to $189.45 this morning, down $26.55. The only raw 110 row dated October 31 is a two-card lot with the 095 full art at $219.99, so we left it out. The last clean raw day is still October 30 at a $170.00 median.

PSA 10 print dropped to $511.00 (down $34.50), close to that $490 median now. PSA 9 had two sales on October 31, $202.50 and $227.50, still sitting right on top of raw.

Sealed: prints, no tape

PriceCharting has prints on English Delta Reign sealed: booster box $229.00, ETB $106.00, Build & Battle Box $51.00, Booster Bundle $50.00, single pack $9.00. None of those pages show completed sales yet. These are prints, not sold prices.

The one SKU with tape is the Pokemon Center ETB. Three TCGplayer sales October 29 to 31 at $294.99, $294.95 and $294.94. Basically one seller's price walking down by pennies. Secondary market, not MSRP.

Sealed tells you nothing real until street date. No reason to pay $229 for a booster box on a print.

PSA note

Don't plan a submission on the English 138 yet. By the time a prerelease copy goes through PSA and comes back, launch-week raw supply will have reset the comp. Check centering and back edges, sleeve it, and wait.
