Delta Reign Rayquaza SIR Goes Official: Market Signals 2026-10-31

Saturday morning in Singapore. Delta Reign prereleases wrap up tomorrow, and the set itself lands November 6.

Yesterday was about the full art headed to a tournament box. Today TPCi showed the card most people will actually be chasing in packs: pokemon.com posted the Mega Rayquaza ex special illustration rare on October 30, US time. The art is by Kazuki Minami, who pokemon.com says took the grand prize in the 2024 Pokemon TCG Illustration Contest.

The desk read

There is no English tape for this card. None. Delta Reign isn't out, PriceCharting's Delta Reign pages show no sales, and anything you see listed today is a presale ask.

The only real comp is the Japanese twin, SAR 110/076 from Storm Emeralda. PokeBeach's set guide notes English sets have been near 1:1 copies of the Japanese ones, and one PSA 9 of the 110 on eBay carries "Kazuki M" in the title. Same painting. Different language, different SKU, different price.

And the Japanese copy didn't rally on the news. Five raw sales on October 30 ran $132.50 to $209.99, median $170.00. The eight sales from October 27 to 29 had a median of $195.97.

So: if you want English, wait. Packs open on November 6, and English print runs dwarf Japanese ones. Give it two weeks of real sales before you pay anyone. If you want the Japanese card, $170 is where it's trading right now, and asks north of $200 are ahead of the tape.

What PriceCharting shows this morning

Read around 09:10 SGT, October 31. Japanese cards only.

- SAR 110/076: ungraded $216.00 (−$3.35), PSA 10 $545.50 - MUR 113/076 (gold): ungraded $479.86, PSA 10 $1,377.22 - SR 095/076 (full art): ungraded $31.50

Those prints haven't moved since yesterday, and they sit above what's actually closing. The 110 print is about $46 over the last day's median. The 113 had one raw sale on October 30, at $343.95. One sale isn't a trend. It's still a reason not to buy at the $480 print.

Slab math on the 110

One PSA 10 closed on October 30 at $485.00. The October 23 to 29 run had a $514.00 median. Against a $170 raw median, a 10 is about 2.85 times raw.

That ratio only pays if you hit the 10. The last PSA 9 was $192.50 on October 25, which is basically raw money. If you can't judge the centering and edges yourself, a submission here is a coin flip with fees attached.

Two other things from overnight

**Aura Seeker keeps filling in.** PokeBeach posted at 23:55 SGT on October 30 that Blastoise has been revealed from the Traditional Chinese version of Aura Seeker. Japan gets the set November 27; English gets it as Flowing Fists on February 5. Hong Kong and Taiwan will also get an "Aura Seeker Bonus Set" with alternate art Mega Lucario Z ex and Blastoise. PokeBeach thinks the Lucario could land in an English spring tin and the Blastoise could be a Flowing Fists prerelease promo. Both are guesses, not announcements. If someone quotes you a price for "the alt art Lucario", ask which language first. Those are separate cards.

**China published its promo pack odds.** pokemon.cn listed the Scarlet & Violet Event Special Pack Vol. 6 for the Simplified Chinese market, starting November 6: one card per pack, 80 cards total, with regular and ex foils at 89%, Poke Ball pattern foils at 10%, and Master Ball pattern foils at 1%, each card equally printed within its tier. Do the division and any specific Master Ball card is about 1 in 2,500 packs. Official odds are rare. Worth bookmarking if you collect Chinese promos.
