Mega Rayquaza Full Art Moves to a Box: Market Signals 2026-10-30

Friday, 9 a.m. in Singapore. One weekend of Delta Reign prereleases left before the set hits shelves on November 6.

When the English card list landed last week, the full-art Mega Rayquaza ex was missing. The chat split two ways. Some said the English version was gone for good and the Japanese SR would climb. Others bet it would turn up in a box. Late last night the second camp won.

The desk read

pokemon.com quietly listed the Mega Rayquaza ex Premium Tournament Collection, out February 12, 2027. Inside is one foil Mega Rayquaza ex promo, which PokeBeach identifies as the full art cut from Delta Reign. The official card image is numbered MEP EN 118, illustrated by 5ban Graphics.

That makes it a guaranteed card, one per box. How many English copies exist will depend on how many boxes TPCi prints, not on pull rates. Promos handed out like that rarely stay scarce.

So the Japanese SR 095/076 from Storm Emeralda shouldn't carry a "no English version" premium anymore. It has been moving: the raw median went from $25.00 the week of October 20 to $31.49 over October 27 to 29. That move came before the announcement, though, and only a handful of sales have closed since.

If you want the Japanese copy, $25 to $35 raw is a fair lane. Paying $40 or more for a story that just ended is a donation. If you want English, there's no rush. February is the date.

Japanese prints

PriceCharting, read around 09:10 SGT on October 30. These are Japanese cards, a different SKU from anything in English Delta Reign.

- SR 095/076 (the full art): ungraded $31.50, PSA 9 $33.00, PSA 10 $299.99 - SAR 110/076: ungraded $216.00 (−$3.35), PSA 9 $281.00, PSA 10 $545.50 (+$18.00) - MUR 113/076 (gold): ungraded $479.86, PSA 9 $430.00, PSA 10 $1,377.22

The English list still has two Mega Rayquaza ex chase cards, #138 and #141, so English hunters are still opening packs for those. PriceCharting has no English Delta Reign sales pages yet. Any "English price" you see before November 6 is an ask.

Raw tape on 095

Fourteen eBay sales from October 27 to 29, $20.00 to $34.99, median $31.49. The prior week had 8 sales with a median of $25.00.

We dropped six rows. Three were lots bundling the SR with the Kyogre and Groudon art rares. Two were the 2015 XY Emerald Break M Rayquaza EX, a different card entirely. One listing carried the number 093/080 and didn't match.

Condition on all of these is whatever the seller typed. Mostly "NM".

Slab file

PSA 10s of the 095 barely trade. October 29 $225.76, October 27 $349.76, October 1 $304.99, September 26 $197.80. A $68.00 sale on October 25 was listed as "Gemix 10", priced nothing like a PSA 10, and is out. The last PSA 9 was $55.00 on September 26.

On paper a PSA 10 is around seven times raw. Two sales a week with a $124 gap between them is not a market you can plan a submission around. If you're doing the math, use the $225 end.

The 110 SAR is the liquid one. Twenty-one PSA 10 sales from October 23 to 29, $475.00 to $722.70, median $514.00, with the latest at $500.00 on the 28th and $511.00 on the 29th. Raw over October 27 to 29: 8 sales, median $195.97. That puts a 10 at roughly 2.6 times raw. A PSA 9 went for $192.50 on October 25, about the same as a raw copy.

The 113 gold is sliding. Most September PSA 10 sales sat between $1,475 and $1,880. Then $1,390 on October 21 and $1,325 on October 29. PSA 9s did $540.00 on the 29th and $415.00 on the 26th.

Japanese booster box

Storm Emeralda box, PriceCharting $99.53 (−$0.47). Seven eBay sales on October 28 and 29: $79.70, $83.83, $84.00, $94.99, $95.99, $99.95, $100.00. Sellers describe shrink differently, and we didn't split them out.
