ETB Tape Slides to $112: Market Signals 2026-10-28

Four straight days of ETB medians: $115.50, $113.50, $116.00, $112.00. A tight band, all of it under print. The gap between print and the day's median has gone from about $7 to about $11.

The low sale was $76.00, titled "Pikachu, Ages 6+." Nothing in the title says damaged. Take it out and the median is $112.25. Same picture. Twelve of the 25 sold at $110 or less. Only two cleared at $125 or more.

Listing an ETB? $122.89 is not the number. Four days of sales say $112 to $116, and something around $115 should move. Buying one? Sub-$110 copies have changed hands every day this week. No reason to chase.

The other four pages barely traded on Tuesday. Two Bundle singles, five Posters, one Knock Out, two Sylveon boxes. Not enough to call anything.

- Elite Trainer Box: print $122.89 (flat). TCGPlayer ask $124.26 - Booster Bundle: print $77.22 (flat). TCGPlayer ask $73.84 - Poster Collection: print $38.64 (flat). TCGPlayer ask $34.64 - Knock Out Collection: print $25.00 (flat). TCGPlayer ask $24.35 - Sylveon ex Box: print $49.55 (flat). TCGPlayer ask $57.65

A correction to how we've been reading these. We've written "TCGPlayer ask flat" all week. The page tags each ask with a last-checked date, and four of the five say October 22. Poster says October 24. So the asks haven't been holding steady. They haven't been re-pulled. We'll treat them as background from here on.

October 27, 25 rows, all eBay. Nothing cut.

$76.00 to $132.62. Median $112.00, mean about $109.68. Twenty-three under print. Twelve at $110 or less, two at $125 or more ($132.50 and $132.62).

Two titles say 2025. They're plainly 30th Celebration ETBs with the wrong year typed in. Both stay.

October 28 already shows five rows: $108.00, $119.50, $121.00, $132.50, $132.50. The US day isn't over. We'll read it tomorrow.

Tuesday had three rows. One was a $133.50 Set of 2, cut. That leaves two singles, $66.71 and $67.00.

Monday picked up three late singles overnight: $68.00, $68.60, $59.00, plus a 2x row at $133.04 that we cut. October 26 is now 18 singles with a $67.66 median, up from the 15 and $67.31 we logged yesterday. The $77.22 print is still about $10 above where Bundles sell.

- Poster Collection: seven rows on October 27. We cut a 2x at $56.00 and a "(3 Pack)" listing at $81.65, which is priced like three boxes. Five left: $17.50, $26.00, $29.00, $29.00, $30.00. Median $29.00, all under the $38.64 print. Monday had 27 sales at a $38.00 median. Five sales don't overturn 27. Logged, not called - Knock Out Collection: one sale on October 27, $23.50. October 28 has one so far at $15.50, titled "Eevee Booster Foil 2025." Kept. Too thin to read - Sylveon ex Box: two sales on October 27, $41.00 and $86.73. Opposite ends. Monday added a late $43.88, so October 26 is now 12 sales with a median near $59.92. Barely different from the $59.95 we wrote yesterday

Still raw sealed only across the five pages. No PSA or CGC sales. Nothing new to report.

Delta Reign is still in prereleases and hits shelves November 6. Too early to grade. The McDonald's cards below are reprints with McDonald's numbering and no full list yet. Nothing to say about grading them.
