Saturday, 9 a.m. Singapore. Yesterday's tape was blank. This morning it isn't. PriceCharting now shows 110 eBay sales dated October 16 across four of the five 30th Celebration English sealed pages, plus eight more Knock Out Collection sales dated October 15. Before this, the newest eBay rows on these pages were from early October.
The prints haven't moved. All five are exactly where they were yesterday. The sales came in first; the recalculation hasn't happened yet.
Signal 1: The ETB finally has a real number
For a week we've been reading the ETB through asks: $140, then $125, then $120. Asks only tell you who's impatient. Now there's a sample.
The [Elite Trainer Box](https://www.pricecharting.com/game/pokemon-30th-celebration/elite-trainer-box) logged 30 eBay sales on October 16. We dropped one presale listing ("ships Oct 26th", $114.98) and one marked "with damage" ($134.99). That leaves 28 clean single-box sales:
- Range: $118.00 to $212.33 - The two middle sales: $139.00 and $139.99 - 22 of 28 sold under the $152.82 print - 17 of 28 landed between $125 and $145
That middle sits right on the last TCGPlayer sale, $138.90 on October 14. Two separate feeds, same answer. The ETB trades around $139 right now, not $152.
The ask side caught up overnight too. The $120.00 PriceCharting listing is gone. The lowest PriceCharting ask is now $137.99 with free shipping, and TCGPlayer's ask is still $138.30. If you want one, $139 is the number to negotiate from.
Signal 2: Everything else also sold under print
Same filter on the other pages: single sealed boxes only, no lots, no opened product. PriceCharting's eBay prices usually exclude shipping.
- [Booster Bundle](https://www.pricecharting.com/game/pokemon-30th-celebration/booster-bundle): 29 sales on October 16, $61.00 to $87.18, median $73.01. Five of them are exactly $73.01, which looks like one seller's multi-quantity listing. 24 of 29 under the $77.79 print. One more on October 17 at $69.99. TCGPlayer ask $73.03. - [Poster Collection](https://www.pricecharting.com/game/pokemon-30th-celebration/poster-collection): 29 sales, $17.50 to $59.67, median $34.99. 21 of 29 under the $38.65 print. One more on October 17 at $39.99. - [Knock Out Collection](https://www.pricecharting.com/game/pokemon-30th-celebration/knock-out-collection): 22 sales on October 16. We dropped a two-box lot ($50.00) and an opened box ($24.99). The other 20 ran $18.50 to $33.00; the two middle sales were $25.00 and $26.95. 12 of 20 under the $27.84 print. The six clean October 15 sales ran $16.51 to $25.00. - [Sylveon ex Box](https://www.pricecharting.com/game/pokemon-30th-celebration/sylveon-ex-box): no new rows. Newest is still $57.00 on TCGPlayer, October 13. Print $59.99, TCGPlayer ask $62.89.
Our read: when PriceCharting recalculates, the prints probably come down. That's an inference from the sales above, not a number on the page.
One caution. 110 rows in a day doesn't mean 110 boxes moved on Friday. It could be a backlog of eBay data landing at once. The page can't tell us which. We're using these rows for price level, not for demand.
China: Black Bolt and White Flare get a date
pokemon.cn posted the [Simplified Chinese Black Bolt and White Flare page](https://www.pokemon.cn/tcg/product/24290.html) on October 16. Both sets release November 6 at 10:00 Beijing time, the same day as Delta Reign in English.
From the official spec sheet:
- 5-card pack: ¥10 MSRP, one holo - 20-card pack: ¥50 MSRP, seven holos - Each set lists 80 Poké Ball pattern and 80 Master Ball pattern cards, 72 ARs, 8 SRs, 7 SARs and 1 BWR - The stated production share for the top tier (SR, SAR, BWR) is 0.73% in the 5-card pack and 1.00% in the 20-card pack
[PokeBeach reports](https://www.pokebeach.com/2026/10/exclusive-ns-plan-and-hilda-to-release-in-china-for-black-bolt-and-white-flare) that N's Plan and Hilda each get a brand-new Special Illustration Rare in the Chinese release, art that hasn't appeared anywhere else. PokeBeach expects them to stay China-only, like most Chinese alternate art since 2022.
If you collect N or Hilda, those two are the chase. Keep them apart from English Black Bolt and White Flare comps. Same names, different language, different SKU.
pokemon.cn also dated [Gem Pack Vol. 7](https://www.pokemon.cn/tcg/product/24281.html) for November 6: ¥10 a pack, four holos per pack, 196 cards total. The new Misty's Psyduck illustration is in the 28-card art tier, which the official chart puts at a 1.81% production share. A Psyduck binder goes out the same day for ¥15.
Japan: MEGA Special Deck Set on November 13
pokemon-card.com's October 16 notice dates the Special Deck Set MEGA (Mega Feraligatr ex, Mega Dragonite ex, Mega Gengar ex) for Friday, November 13. [PokeBeach](https://www.pokebeach.com/2026/10/mega-dragonite-ex-mega-gengar-ex-and-mega-feraligatr-ex-special-deck-set-revealed-for-november) lists it at ¥5,500 with three 60-card decks headlined by alternate-art reprints of the three Megas. The box art doesn't show new Illustration Rares this time, unlike the 2023 version.
PokeBeach also has the [November gym promo pack](https://www.pokebeach.com/2026/10/mega-heatran-ex-lebanne-gastly-and-other-gym-promos-revealed-for-november): from November 1, Japanese gym events hand out a one-card pack from a list of seven. Mega Heatran ex and Lebanne are new cards. Golett and Gastly get new alternate art. Players get two packs; winners get a third.
PSA file
No 30th Celebration English grades are back yet, so no pop to read. Everything in today's sales batch is sealed, so none of it says anything about grading. For the Chinese N's Plan and Hilda SARs, start a separate comp sheet the day they land.
