Late Rows Hit the 30th Tape: Market Signals 2026-10-08

Thursday morning, Singapore. Quiet on the official side. PokeBeach posted nothing new overnight, and neither the Japanese info rail nor pokemon.cn's TCG feed moved.

The tape moved instead. Yesterday the desk flagged that none of the five 30th Celebration sealed pages had a single October 6 sale, and said it could not tell a dead day from a slow feed. This morning PriceCharting backfilled rows dated October 2 through 7, including **October 6 sales on the Booster Bundle and the Sylveon ex Box**. The algorithm prints still did not change.

Desk call

It was the feed. PriceCharting can run a day or two behind, so a blank day on its own means very little. The late Bundle rows stretch single-box sales from $66.48 to $95.83 in one week, with the $80.00 print sitting in the middle of that band. No direction there. Sylveon picked up a $52.00 sale, under its print. If you are selling, quote off the last week of sales, not the one print number.

Signal 1: Four late Bundle sales, wide band

New on the [Booster Bundle](https://www.pricecharting.com/game/pokemon-30th-celebration/booster-bundle) page this morning (none of these were listed yesterday):

- October 6, eBay, $89.91 - October 5, eBay, $95.83 - October 4, eBay, $66.48 - October 2, eBay, $88.10

There is also an October 3 row at $135.00 for two bundles plus a display. That is a lot, so the desk leaves it out of single-box math.

Print: $80.00, unchanged. MSRP tag: $26.94 per the PokeBeach set guide. Buyers paid both $66 and $95 for the same box inside three days. That is a market still looking for its price, which is normal on Wave 2 street day seven.

Signal 2: Sylveon ex Box at $52.00

[Sylveon ex Box](https://www.pricecharting.com/game/pokemon-30th-celebration/sylveon-ex-box) added two rows: October 6, eBay, $52.00, and October 4, eBay, $68.28. Print holds at $56.22.

$52.00 is the low among the six most recent rows; the rest run $59.98 to $69.99. One cheap sale is not a trend. Put it next to the three October 5 sales from yesterday, though, and the Sylveon band is drifting down rather than up. Buyers do not need to chase asks above $65.

The other three pages

- [Elite Trainer Box](https://www.pricecharting.com/game/pokemon-30th-celebration/elite-trainer-box): one new row, October 7, eBay, $199.00, from a "Fast Shipping" listing. Print $159.24. The October 1 cluster sat between $154.58 and $160.00. One high sale; ignore it until a second one shows up. - [Poster Collection](https://www.pricecharting.com/game/pokemon-30th-celebration/poster-collection): two new rows at $8.79 (October 7) and $19.99 (October 1) are listings for the Moltres, Articuno, and Zapdos promo cards alone, filed on the sealed page. They are not boxes. The new sealed rows are September 30 at $48.76 and $34.00, and October 2 at $36.00. Print $43.88. - [Knock Out Collection](https://www.pricecharting.com/game/pokemon-30th-celebration/knock-out-collection): one late row, October 3, eBay, $29.74. Print $29.99.

Official rails

- China: RED LAND2026 specials ([pokemon.cn 23879](https://www.pokemon.cn/tcg/event/23879.html)) ended October 5. Three days later the page body is unchanged, with no champions and no deck lists. Advanced Tournament Autumn ([24035](https://www.pokemon.cn/tcg/event/24035.html)) registration closes **October 11, 23:59:59** China time; lottery results by October 12, 23:59:59. City League Season 4 batch five ([24020](https://www.pokemon.cn/tcg/event/24020.html)) is on day six of October 3 to 15. - Japan: the [info rail](https://www.pokemon-card.com/info/) still tops out at October 4. - Calendar: Santa Cruz blind-bag boards on October 17, nine days out. Delta Reign prereleases October 24 to November 1, set release November 6.

PSA file

Nothing from the 30th Celebration is back from grading yet, so pop stays off the desk. Today's note is about reading tape, and it applies to graded cards too: when you check sales on a slab, look again two days later. Late rows land.
