Thursday morning Singapore. The paper headline shifts to [PokeBeach September 30](https://www.pokebeach.com/2026/09/delta-reign-preorders-now-live-on-pokemon-center): Delta Reign preorders are live on the U.S. Pokemon Center for the Pokemon Center Elite Trainer Box (limit 2), Booster Bundle (limit 1), and Booster Box (limit 1). The set is still **November 6**. PokeBeach clocks the window at **37 days** early, the same spacing as Pitch Black (Chaos Rising was 39). At Singapore morning publish time, that U.S. open reads as yesterday’s window, not a street arrival today. Pocket Deluxe Pack: Mega is on **day two** of its limited play window (about September 30–October 29; 429 cards). On China’s side, [pokemon.cn 23879](https://www.pokemon.cn/tcg/event/23879.html) still shows RED LAND prelims on September 27 with no official results sheet this morning; special finals remain **October 3–5** (two days out). City League Season 4 batch four is on day seven (September 25–October 2; last day tomorrow). 30th Celebration Wave 1 is on street day sixteen.
PriceCharting algorithm prints this morning (30th Celebration pages): regular ETB about $165.00, Sylveon ex Box about $62.99, Knock Out Collection about $30.01, Poster Collection about $43.88 (Poster flat versus yesterday). September 29 completed ETB rows are visible in the HTML and show a **wide** band (roughly mid-$120s into the high-$160s, with outliers). Algorithm print is not a completed tape and not shelf MSRP. Keep the Ascended Heroes ETB algorithm page out of the 30th ETB tape.
Desk call
Delta Reign Pokemon Center preorders opened on the U.S. clock yesterday. The set is still November 6; prereleases remain October 24–November 1. Pocket Deluxe Mega is on day two. RED LAND still has no official prelim sheet; specials are two days out. CN City League batch four is on day seven and closes tomorrow. English 30th sealed is on street day sixteen with sealed algorithm prints mostly flat. Do not turn a PC preorder into today’s street carton, and do not invent RED LAND gym winners.
Signal 1: Delta Reign PC preorders are live
[PokeBeach September 30 at 9:01 AM](https://www.pokebeach.com/2026/09/delta-reign-preorders-now-live-on-pokemon-center) is narrow: select Delta Reign products are up on the U.S. Pokemon Center. Three SKUs: Pokemon Center Elite Trainer Box (limit 2), Booster Bundle (limit 1), Booster Box (limit 1). Official release remains **November 6**. Early window: **37 days**, matching Pitch Black’s spacing. Comment threads argue about queues and failed add-to-cart; that is site pressure, not a sold print this desk verified. A preorder open is not a secondary sealed tape. Prereleases are still October 24–November 1. Do not read a PC limit of two as an all-channel allocation.
Signal 2: RED LAND two days out. City League day seven.
[23879](https://www.pokemon.cn/tcg/event/23879.html) still reads: prelims **September 27**; special finals **October 3–5**. This morning’s official page has no gym top-four sheet and no deck lists. Until that paper lands, this desk does not invent champions. Shanghai’s three gyms feed October 3; Hangzhou’s two plus Nanjing feed October 4; Ningbo, Wenzhou, and Hefei feed October 5. That is the advancement calendar, not a new carton today.
[Pokemon China notice 23932](https://www.pokemon.cn/tcg/event/23932.html) still pins Season 4 batch-four events to September 25–October 2. Today is day seven; tomorrow closes the batch. An open door is still not a champion sheet. Pocket Deluxe Mega opened on the Asia morning clock yesterday; today is day two of the limited window, not a fresh “tonight” stamp.
Signal 3: Street day sixteen. Sealed algorithm mostly flat.
English 30th sealed is on street day sixteen. Pokemon.com and PokeBeach have no new 30th carton post this morning. PokeBeach’s September 27 evening exclusive pins a U.S. McDonald’s Happy Meal × TCG window to November 5–December 9 (other countries may differ; card list TBD; copy marked preliminary). Calendar only. The Mercari Japan sealed ban still has no lift story at this morning’s check.
PriceCharting algorithm prints are in the lede. September 29 ETB completed rows are wide; do not collapse one sale into “the market.” Historical shelf MSRP tags are unchanged (ETB $49.99 and so on). Do not reuse 2021 Celebrations ETB as 30th tape.
PSA file
Delta Reign PC preorders move allocation talk before they move pop. Paper prereleases still sit in late October. RED LAND still waits on an official prelim sheet and the October specials. Street-day-sixteen sealed tape is messy; the Pocket digital window runs through late October. Next CL stop is still Chiba on November 22–23.
