Four-card packs. Reprints from Mega Rising through Ruler of the Skies, plus parallel foils and new art. Every pack guarantees a Pokémon ex in the official copy. Mega Charizard X covers and backdrops unlock from September 30. PokeBeach’s September 24 note frames the play window roughly September 30–October 29 in Asia-facing language. Late October still carries the community-decks / rental / step-up rework. At Singapore morning publish time, the PDT window has not opened. That is Pocket digital, not a paper ETB restock and not Delta Reign supply. Do not paste Pocket gem asks onto English 30th sealed.

Japan’s [005692](https://www.pokemon-card.com/info/005692.html) (2026.9.28) says the 30th promo-pack intro pages showed Greninja ex with the logo on the wrong side. Gym participation promo packs carry the correct left-logo card; no right-logo Greninja ex exists in that promo pack. Correction notice, not a new SKU, and not a pop event.

[23879](https://www.pokemon.cn/tcg/event/23879.html) still reads: prelims **September 27**; special finals **October 3–5**. This morning’s official page has no gym top-four sheet and no deck lists. Until that paper lands, this desk does not invent champions. [Pokemon China notice 23932](https://www.pokemon.cn/tcg/event/23932.html) still pins Season 4 batch-four events to September 25–October 2. Today is day five. An open door is still not a champion sheet.

English 30th sealed is on street day fourteen. Pokemon.com and PokeBeach have no new 30th carton post this morning. PokeBeach’s September 27 evening exclusive pins a U.S. McDonald’s Happy Meal × TCG window to November 5–December 9 (other countries may differ; card list TBD; copy marked preliminary). Calendar only. The Mercari Japan sealed ban still has no lift story at this morning’s check.

PriceCharting algorithm prints and visible completed rows are in the lede. ETB’s algorithm lifted from yesterday’s ~$158.55 to about $165.00 while completed rows stay wide. Sylveon algorithm edged up. Poster algorithm held flat. Knock Out barely moved. Historical shelf MSRP tags are unchanged (ETB $49.99 and so on). Do not reuse 2021 Celebrations ETB as 30th tape.

Pocket Deluxe Mega changes digital collection cosmetics before it changes paper pop. Japan’s Greninja image correction is not a grading catalyst. RED LAND still waits on an official prelim sheet and the October specials. Street-day-fourteen sealed tape is messy; Delta Reign prereleases sit in late October. Next CL stop is still Chiba on November 22–23.
