Thursday morning Singapore. The overnight file is a pull-rate table, not a new box. PokeBeach posted “30th Celebration Pull Rates and Most Valuable Cards Worldwide: Friendliest Pull Rates of the Modern Era!” on September 23 at 12:01, citing TCGplayer’s 3,000-pack English open. Special Illustration Rares land about 1 in 21 packs (Pitch Black was about 1 in 80; the piece calls that roughly 4× friendlier). Illustration Rares about 1 in 5. Classic Collection about 1 in 10. Mewtwo ex / Mew ex Futuristic Rares about 1 in 120. The RGB Mew trio still lacks a sample large enough to pin. The same day, VGC’s exclusive confirms Sprigatito as an illustration rare (illus. Jiro Sasumo) for English Mega Evolution Delta Reign on November 6, carried over from Japan’s MEGA Starter.
Japan’s nearer clock is still waiting on paper. Champions League 2027 Yokohama finished on September 22, but this morning’s pokemon-card.com info index still tops out at notice 005688. No official results page. China’s City League batch-four individual lottery notices were due September 23. Events remain September 25 through October 2. 30th Celebration Wave 1 is on street day nine.

Today is a supply-narrative day. English 30th gets a friendly SIR pull-rate stamp. Delta Reign gets one more English IR drip. Yokohama still has no official winner sheet. CN results window has passed; events have not started. Do not turn a pull-rate table into a completed hammer, and do not turn a community cookbook into a champion promo SKU.
Signal 1: 3,000 packs put a number on “friendly”
[PokeBeach’s September 23 piece](https://www.pokebeach.com/2026/09/30th-celebration-pull-rates-and-most-valuable-cards-worldwide-friendliest-pull-rates-of-the-modern-era) is the cleanest overnight catalyst. TCGplayer opened 3,000 English boosters. The line collectors will quote is SIR at about 1 in 21 versus Pitch Black’s about 1 in 80. IR about 1 in 5 (Pitch Black about 1 in 9). Classic Collection about 1 in 10. Mewtwo ex and Mew ex Futuristic Rares about 1 in 120, framed as roughly 1.5× rarer than recent SIRs. RGB Mew stays in “gold territory at minimum” because 3,000 packs were not enough; this brief invents no per-color rate.
Chase stack is similar across languages: RGB Mew (red preferred over blue over green), then Lugia and Charizard, then Mew, Pikachu, and Gengar. Top Classic Collection names: Crystal Lugia, Charizard, Magikarp, Gengar PRIME. English figures cite TCGplayer; Japanese figures cite Card Rush; some English rows are lowest ask when no market price exists yet. Friendly pull rates change open expectations. They do not rewrite yesterday’s sealed completed row by themselves.
Signal 2: Sprigatito IR enters English Delta Reign. Yokohama paper does not.
[VGC’s exclusive](https://www.videogameschronicle.com/news/exclusive-the-next-pokemon-tcg-delta-reign-illustration-rare-officially-revealed/) (September 23, 09:54) shows Sprigatito as an illustration rare by Jiro Sasumo. Japan saw it first in Starter Set ex Sprigatito & Meowscarada ex. English path is Mega Evolution Delta Reign on November 6, with prereleases from October 24. That is a press exclusive, not a Pokemon Center preorder open. PokeBeach’s homepage this morning still lists the pull-rates story and the September 22 20+ card dump ahead of any newer Delta Reign mass reveal.
Yokohama Day 3 is done. A morning check of the [pokemon-card.com info index](https://www.pokemon-card.com/info/) still finds [005688](https://www.pokemon-card.com/info/005688.html) as the newest Yokohama official note. No official results page, champion card name, or winner promo code.
Community cookbook site [PokekaMeshi](https://pokekameshi.com/cl2027yokohama/) carries a Masters roundup dated 2026.09.24: champion slot クリープ on ドリュウズ, runner-up オオクボ on ガルーラバレット, top four finishes for ドラパルト and ヤドキング. That is a community list. Earlier community handle spellings did not match cleanly. Do not invent an official champion name or a promo SKU from it.
Signal 3: CN notice window passed. Street day nine stays thin.
[Pokemon China notice 23932](https://www.pokemon.cn/tcg/event/23932.html) still pins City League Season 4 batch-four events to September 25 through October 2. Individual lottery notices were due September 23 via the mini-program. Team notices were due September 22. The page itself had no post-result amendment at the morning check. A result notice is not fulfillment and not a new sealed SKU.
30th Celebration English sealed is on street day nine. pokemon-card.com product posts had no September 23 or 24 sealed SKU at the morning check. The Mercari Japan sealed ban still has no lift story. Pokemon.com’s September 23 calendar note opens registration for the 2027 Stuttgart Regional Championships on September 30. That is a Play! Pokémon calendar stamp, not a box.
PriceCharting algorithm / ungraded prints opened this morning: regular [ETB](https://www.pricecharting.com/game/pokemon-30th-celebration/elite-trainer-box) about $173.00 (−$0.38 vs yesterday’s about $173.38), [Poster Collection](https://www.pricecharting.com/game/pokemon-30th-celebration/poster-collection) about $44.99, [Knock Out Collection](https://www.pricecharting.com/game/pokemon-30th-celebration/knock-out-collection) about $30.44, [Sylveon ex Box](https://www.pricecharting.com/game/pokemon-30th-celebration/sylveon-ex-box) about $76.85 (+$1.67 vs yesterday’s about $75.18). Completed rows were also visible on the pages this morning and stay separate from the algorithm print: ETB TCGPlayer $178.99 (2026-09-23) and $172.00 (2026-09-22); Sylveon ex Box TCGPlayer $74.77 (2026-09-23). Historical shelf MSRP tags are unchanged (ETB $49.99 and so on). Do not reuse 2021 Celebrations ETB as 30th tape. Algorithm print, completed row, and MSRP are three different tapes.
PSA file
Friendly SIR rates change open expectations before they change pop. Keep Crystal Lugia and other Classic Collection cards under English 30th numbers. Do not mix them with 2002 Aquapolis originals or 2021 Celebrations. RGB Mew still has no pinned rate, so do not let a “gold” narrative force early submissions. Sprigatito IR is still a preview file until November English product; log Jiro Sasumo and the Japanese MEM path first. Yokohama waits on official paper. Community cookbooks are not PSA catalog anchors.
