pokemon.cn dated September 7 posted City League 2026 Season 4 second-batch signup (23718). Season window still September 5–November 1. This batch lists September 12–13 city events. Entry is free. Team signup runs September 7 18:00 through today September 8 23:59, with results on September 9 via the mini-program. Individual signup opens today September 8 18:00 through September 9 23:59, results September 10. Same-day multi-event entries still cap at one win. Do not invent a hit-rate table, and do not file it as a sealed drop.
Signal 3: eight days to street; #093 print flat
Wave 1 street stays September 16 worldwide. TCG Live stays September 15, 10:00 a.m. PDT. English Binder Collection still sits on December 4 from the September 5 confirm.
