Same card is a participation prize at Pokemon League Worlds Celebration events, August 24 to 30. Age-division winners also get a Winner stamp.

Two more for people actually going to San Francisco: every badged attendee gets an Ascended Heroes Rayquaza with a PXP stamp. Competitors get the annual Paradise Resort promo in the welcome kit. Regular attendees can still win Paradise Resort in side events. Those are event handouts. Not retail SKUs today.

No print number on the store promo. Thick on purpose. An open window is not scarcity.
