What matters today
The actionable window is the JP lottery, allocation at tax-in MSRP. The two EN ex cards are a reveal. September 16 is unchanged. They are not part of the 30 guaranteed pack-Pikachu subset. The CN post is tournament entry, not product.
Signal 1: day / night Pikachu ex, Double Rare, not the SIR
PokeBeach at 8:45 a.m.: Day and Night Pikachu ex. Regular (Double Rare). PokeBeach says these are the regular versions of the day/night Pikachu ex promos in the Espeon ex and Umbreon ex Ultra-Premium Collections.
@PokemonTCG, as later quoted by Kanto Post: "Take your pick: Pika-Pika Parade or Zip-Zap Frenzy," dated August 10, 2026. That is the official EN social stamp.
Street date still September 16. These two ex cards are not in the 30 guaranteed pack-Pikachu subset. Do not mash them into the pack-Pikachu line that lands later.
Signal 2: JP lottery is MSRP, not an ask

The 9-SKU card-set bundle at 10,800 yen is a later lottery (August 28–31). Not this window. Two pools: Players Club identity-verified (My Number) vs unverified. Dengeki's recap of the official notice says most allocation goes to the verified pool. Results: BOX from August 21 13:00, deck set 15:00, Futuristic Box 17:00. Pay through August 25. Ships by September 15, not before street date.

Signal 3: CN city events, free entry
pokemon.cn today: season 3 city events, batch 8. Season window still June 27 to August 23. This post lists August 16–19 stores.
